I offer a list of basic services. I charge by the hour and will be as fair as possible on all services offered.
Diagnosis - Labor Time: Free of Charge -
System is examined and diagnosed. Needed service is determined from this.
Basic Home Network Setup - Labor Time: 1 to 3 hours + Part Cost -
Wired or Wireless network is set up for all computers in the house. Price is determined by job size.
Virus Removal and Protection - Labor Time: 1 to 2 hours -
Virus is removed. Virus programs are updated and scans are scheduled according to the owner's schedule and leisure.
General Cleanup/Speed Up - Labor Time: 1/2 to 2 hours -
System recieves a general cleanup. Registry errors are fixed, HDD undergoes general housekeeping. Any space that is able to be freed is done so.
Software Installation - Labor Time: 1/2 to 1 hours -
Any program that the client wishes to have installed is done so and configured to the client's specifications
Data Backup - Labor Time: 1/2 to 2 hours (depending on volume) -
Specific files are backed up to a removable device at the client's discretion.
Data Deletion - Labor Time: 1/2 to 2 hours (depending on volume) -
Securely deletes informationon hard drive such as; personal data, financial files, photos, etc. Data will not be recoverable after this.
Wipe and Reload - Labor Time: 3 hours -
Operating System is removed and reinstalled with updates. Anti-virus is installed and updated with client defined scheaduled scans. Microsoft Office 2003 is installed. System is optimized.
Service Charge: $25 per hour
All services will be discussed with the customer before work is started after diagnosis.
